This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of and manage the complete partnership lifecycle: from recognizing and onboarding partners, primarily within the healthcare industry, to fostering long-term, strategic relationships.
• Identify and cultivate sustainable partnership opportunities that align with our organizational goals.
• Collaborate on the development and execution of product strategies with current partners.
• Propel Go-to-Market strategies alongside key existing partners.
• Review, negotiate, and endorse partnership agreements while being aware of common pitfalls and best practices.
• Lead the implementation process: serving as the main point of contact between partners and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering).
• Oversee partner projects, ensuring effective execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Establish and track KPIs for individual partnerships and the overall partnership function, ensuring measurable success.
• Multiple years of experience in partnership management or a comparable role, with the confidence to negotiate with clients and partners.
• Strong comprehension of partnership models and agreements, capable of reviewing, negotiating, and approving contracts while steering clear of common pitfalls.
• Solid knowledge in sales and marketing, ensuring seamless cooperation between both teams to enhance partner success.
• Project management expertise, guaranteeing smooth execution of partner initiatives from onboarding to go-to-market.
• Strategic mindset, able to identify long-term partnership opportunities that resonate with voize’s business objectives.
• Data-centric approach, defining and monitoring KPIs to assess partnership success and enhance performance.
• Technical acumen, with the capacity to discuss and facilitate integrations among partners, product managers, and engineers.
• Proficient in German (C1) and English (C1) to effectively interact with local and international partners.
