This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and implement a comprehensive, agile stakeholder engagement strategy and delivery plan for Catch22.
• Manage engagement activities with commissioners and funders involving senior colleagues.
• Establish and nurture senior relationships with local government, strategic authorities, trusts, foundations, and lottery funders.
• Spearhead Catch22's place-based engagement strategy across key markets and emerging devolved frameworks.
• Generate and disseminate insights regarding commissioners, funders, and market dynamics.
• Provide guidance to operational and business development leaders regarding growth priorities, service enhancement, and pipeline decisions.
• Take ownership of and enhance stakeholder engagement processes, systems, and reporting.
• Leverage data and technology while ensuring governance, compliance, and risk management protocols are upheld.
• Elevate Catch22's visibility in key markets and shape future services and funding opportunities.
• Forge partnerships that enable Catch22 to create lasting impact for individuals and communities.
• Proven track record of cultivating influential relationships with commissioners, funders, government entities, trusts, foundations, strategic partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and executing stakeholder engagement strategies that facilitate organizational growth and enhance market presence.
• Outstanding skills in influence, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Recognized credibility at executive, political, and system-leader levels.
• Experience in aligning senior colleagues around a strategic stakeholder engagement framework.
• Strong knowledge of public sector commissioning, procurement, and grant funding.
• Familiarity with local government, integrated care systems, and the changing landscape of devolution.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to influence varied audiences and convey complex information in a clear, engaging manner.
• Experience in stakeholder mapping, engagement planning, and assessing relationship effectiveness.
• Confidence in digital tools and a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and market intelligence tools.
• Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
• Fully remote position (based in the UK), or the option to work from the central London office.
• Permanent, full-time employment.
