This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Forge strategic partnerships.
• Design and implement partner ecosystem strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with Databricks, AWS, Anthropic, Microsoft, and other key technology vendors.
• Oversee partnership programs, certifications, competencies, and initiatives for tier advancement.
• Identify and establish new strategic alliances to enhance Addepto's market presence.
• Generate revenue through partner channels.
• Develop a reliable co-sell and referral pipeline with strategic partners.
• Create joint account planning and opportunity management processes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to identify and pursue partner-driven opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize revenue sourced from partners and influenced by partners.
• Design and implement joint marketing campaigns, webinars, workshops, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Organize partner-sponsored activities and funding opportunities.
• Work alongside internal marketing teams to enhance ecosystem visibility and market presence.
• Train sales, delivery, and leadership teams on partner programs, incentives, and opportunities.
• Coordinate technical certifications and enablement initiatives.
• Ensure that partner capabilities are effectively integrated into solution offerings and client proposals.
• Establish partnership KPIs and success metrics.
• Monitor pipeline, revenue contributions, certifications, marketing impact, and engagement with strategic accounts.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Significant experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, channel development, business development, or ecosystem management within the technology consulting, cloud, AI, or data sectors.
• Proven success in building and nurturing relationships with major technology vendors such as Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through partner-led and co-sell initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, data engineering, cloud platforms, and contemporary data architectures.
• Experience in consulting, systems integration, software, SaaS, or cloud services organizations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with the capability to translate partnerships into quantifiable business outcomes.
• Experience in negotiating partnership agreements and managing strategic vendor relationships.
• Proficient English communication skills (C1+).
