This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee strategic partner relationships and serve as a reliable point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate the success of partnership initiatives through proactive account management and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage operational planning, risk assessment, and delivery processes throughout critical stages of partner engagements.
• Identify, address, and resolve escalated issues while ensuring prompt communication and effective results.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee that commitments are met and activities stay aligned with partnership goals.
• Prepare and deliver governance reports, business reviews, and performance updates for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance partnership performance and foster long-term value creation.
• Mentor and guide internal teams on effective partner engagement strategies and account management techniques.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of partner objectives and pinpoint opportunities to broaden support and strengthen relationships.
• Contribute to refining and enhancing partnership management processes, systems, and operational frameworks.
• Proven experience in senior account management, partnership management, or leadership roles in client relations.
• At least two years of experience in managing key accounts, strategic partnerships, or intricate stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in coordinating projects that involve multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong client service focus with a demonstrated ability to cultivate productive and trustworthy relationships.
• Familiarity with digital education, online learning, higher education, or related fields would be beneficial.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the capability to create reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Strong organizational skills with remarkable attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Experience in working independently while effectively collaborating with teams across various geographical locations.
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
