This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Develop and implement the APAC partner strategy that aligns with the global Fusion/Design & Manufacturing platform goals.
• Establish business models, financial projections, and commercial frameworks for regional partnerships.
• Identify key partner segments and refine roadmaps to broaden Autodesk’s market presence.
• Oversee the regional launch and operational execution of the partner program.
• Set up systems and KPIs to efficiently manage extensive partner communities.
• Initiate, evaluate, and finalize strategic partnership agreements.
• Serve as the main Autodesk liaison for designated partners.
• Define and monitor partner KPIs while providing monthly and quarterly regional reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• An MBA is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or go-to-market strategies within manufacturing/design software or related hardware sectors.
• Extensive experience in commercial negotiations (term sheets, revenue sharing, bundling).
• Demonstrated experience in APAC markets, including local regulatory nuances and multi-language coordination.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or another significant APAC language is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Airtable, and PowerPoint; comfortable with analytics and dashboard functionalities.
