This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support to the SVP of Frontier Lab Safety.
• Serve as the operational backbone for all laboratory relationships, managing workflows and coordination to ensure scalable services.
• Convert technical scopes into clear milestones and deliverables for the broader team to execute.
• Organize initial calls with new clients, including scheduling, preparation materials, and follow-up actions post-call.
• Monitor dedicated Slack channels for laboratory clients and quickly escalate new signals or requests to internal teams.
• Enable internal teams to concentrate on high-impact work by managing the execution details of every engagement.
• Manage the CRM for all laboratory relationships, documenting every contact, conversation, and opportunity to accurately reflect the situation.
• Facilitate the closing of deals in real time, collaborating with procurement and legal teams to expedite contract processes.
• Identify and address obstacles before they affect timelines, ensuring full visibility into contract statuses.
• Maintain clear visibility into pipeline statuses and proactively flag any delays before they escalate into issues.
• Keep the accounting team updated on milestone statuses and notify them when deliverables are ready for invoicing.
• Align internal teams and customer expectations on timelines, tracking progress and highlighting risks early.
• Provide light project management across active engagements to ensure expectations remain aligned.
• Act as a consistent and reliable point of contact for laboratory partners regarding operational and logistical inquiries.
• Minimum of 3 years in partnerships, account management, customer success, or sales operations, preferably in a technical setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active relationships and projects concurrently.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise procurement and legal teams to advance contracts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and CRM maintenance in contract review and follow-up.
• Strong written communication skills, as you will frequently represent Gray Swan in written correspondence.
• Comfortable working in a Slack-centric, asynchronous work culture.
