This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main marketing representative for strategic partners.
• Manage daily marketing interactions with Syndio's portfolio of strategic partners.
• Foster trusted relationships with marketing contacts at partner organizations.
• Represent Syndio marketing in partner planning discussions, quarterly business reviews, and co-marketing meetings.
• Exhibit executive presence in senior stakeholder interactions—comfortable engaging with senior leaders at partner organizations independently.
• Coordinate with various external stakeholders when programs involve multiple partner organizations simultaneously.
• Comprehend each partner's program structure and progress—enrollment, certification/build status, GA—and adjust marketing claims and asset readiness accordingly, ensuring we never promote a partnership prematurely.
• For partnerships that require a full launch process (marketplace listing, seller enablement, launch event, periodic refresh), oversee that process from start to finish as a defined project.
• Create and manage a co-marketing hub that provides both Syndio and partner teams with a centralized location for joint messaging, approved assets, and campaign materials.
• Ensure that messaging in all partner-facing materials accurately represents Syndio's product capabilities and current positioning.
• Implement a streamlined review and approval process with Product Marketing for final sign-off, ensuring partner content remains current and on-brand as our product and positioning evolve.
• Lead the development of co-branded assets including one-pagers, solution briefs, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
• Transform complex, joint value propositions into concise, sales-ready statements (1–2 sentences) that resonate with partner representatives who may not be familiar with Syndio's product positioning.
• Collaborate with the content and communications team to create joint thought leadership, blog entries, and co-authored reports.
• Partner with revenue marketing for co-branded event support, including field event activation, sponsored sessions, and joint webinars.
• Work alongside Syndio's revenue marketing team and partner operations to identify shared customer overlaps and design-partner opportunities, ensuring co-sell programs are backed by the appropriate asset stack at each funnel stage.
• Coordinate joint go-to-market strategies and outbound sequences that engage partner audiences.
• Monitor co-marketing program performance and report on contributions to pipeline and influenced revenue.
• Stay updated on messaging, positioning, and product capabilities within the broader product marketing team.
• Regularly audit existing partner materials to identify and rectify accuracy discrepancies.
• Provide partners with prompt updates when there are changes in product positioning, packaging, or messaging.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, including at least 2 years in partner marketing, alliances marketing, or product marketing—preferably with experience marketing alongside enterprise ISV/platform partners (e.g., Workday, SAP) and partners operating under consulting, sub-license, or referral models (e.g., Mercer, PwC).
• Proven capability to manage intricate, cross-functional relationships and work across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent written communication skills and a knack for clear, precise product messaging.
• Executive presence—demonstrated comfort in engaging credibly with senior stakeholders (VP+) both at partner organizations and internally.
• A keen eye for visual and brand details—able to assess co-branded creative against brand standards, beyond just copywriting.
• Experience in creating co-branded content and managing partner-facing asset libraries.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift and structure must be established rather than inherited.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Experience in HR tech, compensation, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
• Competitive Compensation. For this role, our salary is targeted at $146-172k per year. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise.
• Syndio Equity. Participate in Syndio’s success.
• Flexible Vacation Policy. We encourage our team to take time to recharge when needed, along with paid sick & safe time, compassion leave, and voting leave.
• Medical, Dental, Vision. Syndio covers 90% of employee premiums and 50% for dependents.
• Life Insurance & Disability. Syndio pays the full premium.
