📋 Description

• Manages strategic relationships with key transportation partners, focusing on performance, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

• Cultivates and sustains executive-level connections with partner organizations, acting as the main escalation point for intricate operational and strategic challenges.

• Facilitates Weekly Joint Operating Committee (JOC) meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic planning sessions, employing operational and financial data to guide performance discussions and formulate action plans.

• Identifies avenues for enhancing partner performance, improving service delivery, minimizing costs, and boosting member outcomes.

• Analyzes extensive and complex datasets to uncover trends, pinpoint root causes, assess risks, and discover opportunities for operational enhancement.

• Creates executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports that deliver actionable insights regarding partner performance, utilization, financial implications, and service quality.

• Investigates performance anomalies and formulates recommendations to enhance operational and financial results.

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate performance, and implement data-driven decision-making processes.

• Leads cross-functional initiatives aimed at boosting partner performance, operational effectiveness, and the overall member experience.

• Assesses current business processes and spots opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and foster innovation.

• Ensures accountability by confirming that commitments, action items, and project milestones are met on time.

• Aids in the development of business cases, opportunity assessments, and analyses of operational impacts.

• Delivers recommendations, business insights, and performance outcomes to senior leadership, clients, and external partners.

• Acts as a trusted advisor by offering objective analyses and strategic recommendations that align with organizational goals.

• Fosters robust partnerships across internal departments to ensure congruence on strategic initiatives and operational priorities.

• Performs additional duties as assigned, with occasional travel required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in managing strategic partnerships, enterprise accounts, healthcare clients, or complex vendor relationships.

• Proven experience utilizing data and analytics to inform business decisions and operational enhancements.

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, data modeling, and financial analysis.

• Advanced experience with Tableau, including dashboard creation, visualization design, and performance reporting.

• Experience in handling large datasets from various systems and data sources.

• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to independently recognize issues, develop solutions, and execute with minimal supervision.

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong business acumen, with a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.

• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail and follow-through.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous settings and making sound decisions with limited guidance.

• Proven ability to challenge existing processes, recognize improvement opportunities, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience in conducting root cause analysis and performance improvement initiatives.

• Background in supporting strategic planning, business operations, consulting engagements, or operational strategies.

• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving various internal and external stakeholders.

• Preferred healthcare experience supporting Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), transportation, or healthcare services.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
