Strategic Partner Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Develop and take charge of the Nordics agency ecosystem.

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage agency partners that align with Klar’s ideal customer profile.

• Transform relationships into revenue streams.

• Establish long-term trust with agencies, consistently converting relationships into active, deal-driving partnerships.

• Educate and support partner teams, enabling them to confidently position, sell, and utilize Klar with their clients.

• Regularly visit agencies, participate in internal meetings, host partner lunches and dinners, and attend or organize local events.

• Communicate product updates, share best practices, and serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and feedback.

• Represent Klar at industry events, meetups, and within the UK eCommerce landscape.

• Contribute to the enhancement of playbooks, enablement materials, and processes to ensure scalability and repeatability of partnerships.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or agency environments (partnerships, sales, customer success, or similar).

• You possess a natural talent for building relationships — friendly, approachable, and genuinely likable.

• You have the ability to convert relationships into deals — adept at translating trust into tangible outcomes.

• You demonstrate a strong ownership mentality — treating the UK market as if it were your own business.

• You flourish in social, outward-facing roles — energized by meetings, events, and travel.

• You are highly organized and dependable — you follow through on commitments and keep your promises.

• You prioritize learning and personal growth.
