This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Develop and manage the BENELUX agency ecosystem
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and oversee agency partners
• Convert relationships into revenue while fostering long-term trust
• Provide partner enablement and support for effective positioning and sales
• Manage relationships through regular visits and engagements
• Communicate product updates and serve as the primary contact for partners
• Represent Klar at industry events and enhance the partner program
• 2–3+ years of experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or agencies (partnerships, sales, customer success, or related fields)
• Natural relationship builder — approachable, extroverted, and genuinely likable
• Strong ownership mindset — treat the UK market as if it were your own business
• Thrive in social, outward-facing roles — meetings, events, and travel invigorate you
