This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and implement a partner recruitment strategy in the US aimed at driving new revenue growth.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential partners across the Microsoft Teams, Contact Centre, UCaaS, CCaaS, Managed Services, and Customer Experience sectors.
• Build and oversee a targeted list of prospective partners while maintaining CRM activities.
• Create compelling partner value propositions that highlight the commercial opportunities of collaborating with AnywhereNow.
• Assist in generating pipeline through partner-sourced and partner-influenced efforts.
• Establish executive, sales, marketing, technical, and alliance relationships within partner organizations.
• Develop collaborative business plans that encompass pipeline, revenue, enablement, and go-to-market strategies.
• Support programs for partner onboarding, enablement, and activation.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on co-selling efforts, shared account planning, and partner-led opportunity development.
• Work with Marketing on recruitment initiatives, launch strategies, and demand generation activities.
• Facilitate contract negotiations and partnership agreements.
• Represent AnywhereNow at partner meetings, Microsoft ecosystem events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Monitor recruitment, activation, pipeline, and revenue performance metrics.
• Provide updates to leadership regarding activities, outcomes, risks, and challenges.
• Ensure accurate CRM reporting and forecasting.
• 8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, Alliances, Business Development, or Technology Sales.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and activate partners effectively.
• Proven track record in generating partner-sourced and/or partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem.
• Experience collaborating with Microsoft Partners, Systems Integrators, MSPs, Telecommunications Providers, VARs, Resellers, and Specialist Contact Centre Partners.
• Capacity to create partner business plans with defined commercial goals.
• Excellent skills in developing value propositions and storytelling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for managing partner activities, pipelines, and reporting.
• Commercial confidence in joint business planning, partner negotiations, and go-to-market efforts.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Partner Success, and Leadership teams.
• Preferred experience in Contact Centre, CCaaS, Customer Experience, Enterprise Communications, or UCaaS markets.
• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Modern Work, and associated technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Must report any suspected security incidents, breaches, or vulnerabilities.
