This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy for US partners aimed at driving net-new revenue growth.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential partners in the Microsoft Teams, Contact Centre, UCaaS, CCaaS, Managed Services, and Customer Experience sectors.
• Construct and oversee a targeted account list of prospective partners while maintaining CRM activities.
• Create compelling partner value propositions that clearly articulate the commercial advantages of collaborating with AnywhereNow.
• Assist in generating pipelines that are partner-sourced and influenced.
• Cultivate relationships with executives, sales, marketing, technical, and alliance teams within partner organizations.
• Develop collaborative business plans that encompass pipeline, revenue, enablement, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Facilitate partner onboarding, enablement, and activation programs.
• Collaborate with Sales on co-selling efforts, shared account strategies, and partner-led opportunity development.
• Partner with Marketing on recruitment strategies, launch initiatives, and demand generation efforts.
• Assist in contract and partnership negotiations.
• Represent AnywhereNow at partner meetings, events within the Microsoft ecosystem, conferences, and networking situations.
• Monitor recruitment, activation, pipeline, and revenue performance metrics.
• Provide leadership with updates on activities, outcomes, risks, and obstacles.
• Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting within the CRM system.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, Alliances, Business Development, or Technology Sales.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, nurturing, and activating partners.
• Proven ability to generate partner-sourced and/or partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• In-depth understanding of the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem.
• Experience working with Microsoft Partners, Systems Integrators, MSPs, Telecommunications Providers, VARs and Resellers, and Specialist Contact Centre Partners.
• Ability to formulate partner business plans with defined commercial objectives.
• Strong skills in developing value propositions and storytelling.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems for managing partner activities, pipeline, and reporting.
• Commercial confidence in joint business planning, partner negotiations, and go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to foster relationships and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Partner Success, and Leadership teams.
• Preferred experience in Contact Centre, CCaaS, Customer Experience, Enterprise Communications, or UCaaS sectors.
• Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Modern Work, and related technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Employment is subject to relevant background screening requirements.

• Responsibility for the protection of company, customer, and partner data.
• Secure and compliant usage of company systems, devices, and networks is required.
• Completion of mandatory information security and data protection training is necessary.
