This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with DSMs to recognize, position, and implement marketplace partner solutions within ongoing opportunities.
• Assist in client-facing discussions by effectively communicating partner use cases, value propositions, and business outcomes.
• Interact directly with fintech partners to ensure alignment on solution positioning, readiness, and execution requirements specific to deals.
• Facilitate pilot activation and progression, ensuring cohesive alignment among Sales, Product, and Partner teams.
• Aid in shaping deals and sequencing solutions, determining when partner solutions enhance or complicate opportunities.
• Develop and grow a partner-influenced pipeline, including identifying follow-on opportunities (+1, +5 expansion plays).
• Offer category-level expertise across designated partner portfolios, fostering more consistent and confident sales execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing) to guarantee deal readiness and effective execution.
• Monitor and report on essential metrics, such as attach rate, pipeline contribution, pilot conversion, and time to revenue.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting.
• Proven experience in supporting intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and deal execution.
• Strong comprehension of the banking or credit union ecosystem, including digital banking or fintech solutions.
• Capability to translate technical or partner capabilities into clear, outcome-driven value for clients.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Partner teams.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and handling concurrent opportunities.
• Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS solutions, APIs, integrations, or partner ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
