This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Establish, manage, and expand Acronis’ presence among existing and prospective service provider partners.
• Increase Annual Recurring Revenue and sales by overseeing various sales initiatives.
• Responsible for the training, onboarding, and support of new and potential service providers.
• Expected to provide monthly, quarterly, and annual partner forecasts, pipelines, and business activity reports to the Acronis sales management team.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Planning Sessions with assigned service provider partners.
• Facilitate collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Acronis Academy, and other teams, including Acronis executives when necessary.
• Work with Service Providers to promote Acronis Cyber Protection services to their existing customer base, enhancing adoption rates.
• Collaborate across various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, business development, engineering, and operations, to ensure effective account management and communication.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/account management, with a particular focus on strategic large accounts.
• At least 3 years of proven success in recruiting and managing service provider partners, specifically in backup, disaster recovery, security, or related cloud technologies.
• Strong strategic business development, planning capabilities, and excellent tactical implementation sales skills.
• Technical proficiency to deliver sales and product training, with a solid understanding of product positioning and client technical requirements.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of managing daily activities through CRM applications, including Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel regionally, with the expectation of being on the road up to 50% of the time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
