This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiating outbound dialogues
• Informing advisors about Pathfinders’ career-oriented, ROI-focused methodology
• Arranging qualified partnership discussions
• Cultivating strategic partnerships that promote long-term client referrals
• Outbound prospecting experience
• Perform daily cold calls to financial advisors, RIAs, wealth managers, and planners
• Identify firms that assist families with high school-aged children
• Navigate through gatekeepers and decision-makers
• Present insights that resonate with advisors, including: Rising college costs, the impact of student debt on family wealth, and the lack of career clarity in traditional planning
• Clearly communicate Pathfinders’ unique value proposition: We prioritize career outcomes first
• Integrate education with financial ROI
• Schedule introductory partnership meetings with Pathfinders' leadership team
• Assess advisors based on: Client demographic compatibility, interest in value-added services, and willingness to collaborate
• Track all outreach efforts
• Maintain detailed notes on conversations and follow-up actions
• Implement a consistent follow-up process
