This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Spend approximately 3 to 5 days per week in the field, with a balance of about 50% field support and 50% program administration.
• Conduct visits to customer sites at Nationalease member locations and fleet headquarters to facilitate program execution and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
• Act as a backup for the Strategic Account Leader for PFAC customers when necessary.
• Develop and maintain robust, trusted relationships with assigned fleets, Nationalease members, CORCENTRIC PFAC, and key decision-makers.
• Represent Bridgestone at Nationalease events (3–5 annually).
• Drive annual growth in Bridgestone, Bandag, TBR, retread, and Fleet Care adoption.
• Promote new products and solutions that align with fleet performance and cost objectives.
• Formulate and implement targeted sales activities, promotions, and strategies for account penetration.
• Create and present formal presentations and conduct at least annual business reviews with fleets and, when applicable, with NL HQ.
• Gather and report on competitive TBR and retread market intelligence.
• Implement the Cost Avoidance Journey Strategy to enhance fleet economics.
• Manage and analyze cost performance metrics, including: Tire cost per mile, Tire cost per unit, Tire cost as a percentage of revenue, Warranty capture, and rebill opportunities.
• Utilize GEMBA practices to assess real-world product performance and operational efficiency.
• Establish, maintain, and review fleet Tire Policies for Nationalease members and PFAC fleets.
• Ensure adherence to Strategic Account and Nationalease program requirements.
• Conduct audits of dealer locations, yard surveys, and field activities to quickly identify risks and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with servicing dealers and local dealer representatives to optimize program execution, education, and sell-out.
• Leverage Customer Service Managers (CSMs) for daily field support.
• Use Bridgestone IT tools and platforms (e.g., BASys Manufacturing, BASys Fleet Inventory, ToolBox Yard Survey, Performance Tracker) to enhance efficiency and achieve cost savings.
• Document all customer interactions and activities within CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, sales, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial truck tire and dealer field operations, with the capacity to influence dealer strategy and processes.
• Prior experience in field sales, technical support, account management, operations, or financial analysis within the commercial tire sector.
• Working knowledge of fleet tire management concepts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of profit and loss statements.
• Proven ability to achieve results, manage complex accounts, and influence cross-functional partners.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based position.
• Mechanical aptitude and foundational knowledge of truck tires or maintenance.
• Experience in training customers or internal partners.
