Strategic Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of strategic projects from start to finish, including diagnosing performance drivers, prioritization, planning, and execution.

• Examine data to gain insights into the factors influencing business metrics.

• Develop and advocate for initiative priorities based on data-driven insights.

• Construct project plans with defined deliverables and success criteria.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance while engaging in hands-on operational tasks.

• Manage uncertainty and propel initiatives forward without direct authority.

• Monitor post-launch KPIs and report on initiative performance.

• Identify underperformance issues and propose actionable changes.

• Create repeatable processes for analyzing and reporting metrics.

• Assess onboarding-funnel outreach and agency efficiency.

• Recognize high-potential agency segments and assist in targeted outbound campaigns.

• Set weekly KPIs with Account Management leadership and develop dashboards for visibility among leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, analytically intensive environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth tech company.

• Proficiency in Excel is essential.

• Capability to interpret complex datasets and form business insights from analysis.

• Willingness to engage in hands-on operational tasks beyond just analysis.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity with minimal formal authority.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
