Strategic Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Founder to facilitate the entry into the Singapore market, overseeing everything from initial strategy to practical execution.

• Develop and implement initial recruitment strategies, including sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier talent.

• Assist in fundraising initiatives by preparing materials, coordinating discussions with investors, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.

• Contribute to establishing A1's footprint in Singapore, which encompasses office setup, vendor selection, and operational frameworks.

• Enhance external positioning by supporting public relations, forming partnerships, and nurturing key relationships.

• Transform vague concepts into actionable plans and ensure their successful execution.

• Serve as a central operator among teams by monitoring priorities, addressing bottlenecks, and driving progress forward.

• Tackle urgent, unstructured challenges swiftly and with sound judgment.

• Experience in consulting (MBB), prestigious venture capital, startups, or high-performing operational roles.

• Versatile generalist capable of switching seamlessly between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution.
