This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You serve as the key contact for the entire portfolio of healthcare IT solutions for designated key clients, sustainably strengthening customer relationships.
• You establish and actively maintain long-term trust-based relationships with decision-makers such as CIOs, hospital management, and IT leadership.
• You identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, develop account plans, and actively contribute to revenue growth.
• You provide advisory support to customers throughout the solution and implementation process and coordinate relevant internal experts from sales, technology, support, and product management.
• You analyze processes, advise on product selection, and collaboratively develop tailored solutions with product management and customers.
• You are responsible for drafting, presenting, and negotiating offers, contracts, and long-term framework agreements.
• You monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and technological innovations in healthcare, deriving actionable recommendations from your observations.
• In close coordination with sales, you plan and facilitate strategy meetings and workshops to successfully advance growth initiatives.
• Several years of experience in the sales of complex B2B solutions, ideally within the healthcare IT, software, or eHealth sectors.
• Experience in analyzing customer processes and markets, as well as in developing and presenting tailored, innovative solutions.
• Ability to manage complex customer projects comprehensively, keeping budgets in mind and professionally managing customer expectations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, along with analytical thinking and a strategic, structured working style.
• Knowledge of the hospital landscape and IT infrastructure in healthcare is advantageous.
• Excellent German and English language skills for professional support of national and international clients.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 40%).
