This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Oversee a portfolio of sub-accounts by implementing structured cadence management and scaled engagement techniques, including nurture emails and targeted calls.
• Take ownership of the complete renewal process—from initial engagement and value validation through negotiation, closing, and securing timely signatures.
• Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual objectives (based on GAD quota by account) through a mix of expansion and upsell initiatives, in collaboration with the GAD.
• Collaborate with the GAD to manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to demonstrations, negotiations, and closing—utilizing the MEDDPICC methodology.
• Proactively create proposals alongside the GAD that showcase ROI and support increased platform adoption.
• Work with the GAD to lead the sub-account renewal process, which includes proactive engagement, value validation, negotiation, and timely signatures, to enhance retention and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations) to facilitate seamless deal execution.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting accuracy using Salesforce and Gong.
• Continuously enhance outreach efficiency by leveraging automation, data insights, and standardized playbooks.
• Regularly engage with customers to identify new opportunities, promote adoption, and ensure renewals.
• Design and implement account-based strategies to broaden UserTesting’s presence within your designated territory.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management, demonstrating a history of surpassing targets.
• Proven capability to manage a substantial portfolio while balancing retention and growth objectives.
• Strong skills in pipeline generation and qualification, with confidence in managing every phase of the sales process.
• Experience in leading renewals, executing customer retention strategies, and handling a high-volume portfolio.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Salesforce, and Gong.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong motivation, organizational discipline, and a commitment to customer success in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
