Strategic Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Leadership in the complete implementation of Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) POS systems at top clients on-site.

• Customizing systems to meet client requirements.

• Creation and management of detailed project plans.

• Close collaboration with Sales, Billing, and Support teams.

• Advising on hardware installation and resolving technical issues.

• Conducting in-person client training sessions.

• Thorough testing of systems prior to launch.

• Providing dedicated white-glove service for key and large clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects, preferably in software/POS/SaaS.

• Ability to structure complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and locations.

• Work with clear priorities, timelines, and responsibilities.

• Proficient in handling demanding large clients.

• Proactive communication with all stakeholders.

• Capability to address challenging topics clearly and professionally.

• Quick comprehension of business processes and improvement of workflows.

• Solution-oriented thinking.

• Experience with software implementations/POS/SaaS.

• Ability to translate requirements into technical settings.

• Willingness to deal with bugs, special cases, and system integrations.

• Composure and resilience under high pressure.

• Independent management and tracking of topics.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Fluent in German and English.

• Valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel within Bavaria, and occasionally nationwide.

• Experience with franchise businesses or systems with multiple locations is a plus.

• Experience with hardware or POS systems is advantageous.

• Experience in consulting or customer success (high-touch support) is a plus.

• Understanding of processes in the hospitality or retail sectors is beneficial.
