Strategic Finance & Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for financial modeling and analysis related to commercial partnerships, token economics, mergers and acquisitions, and new product initiatives.

• Create internal memos and materials for board presentations.

• Evaluate key business KPIs and recommend improvements.

• Oversee the outsourced accounting partner and manage internal closing schedules.

• Take ownership of the financial forecasting model and assist in developing scenario planning capabilities.

• Aid in budgeting and resource distribution across various teams.

• Manage treasury operations effectively.

• Work alongside the Head of Operations to oversee entity structuring, capital flows, and partner payments.

• Handle fund disbursements, grants, and multi-signature governance operations.

• Enhance financial and operational systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, corporate development, venture finance, or startup operations.

• Strong financial modeling capabilities (Excel/Google Sheets) and sound business judgment.

• Previous exposure to crypto or blockchain projects is highly preferred.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with lean teams and a high level of ownership without micro-management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking concurrently.
