Strategic Finance and Pricing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development on various initiatives.

• Conduct essential strategic and financial analyses to facilitate high-impact decision-making (e.g., pricing strategies, new product development, cost structure evaluation, expansion initiatives, etc.).

• Work alongside leaders throughout the organization to create a vision for efficient scaling, profitability achievement, and enhancement of the business's financial performance.

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to promote financially sound decision-making (e.g., onboarding new vendors, product development, etc.).

• Identify and oversee ad hoc projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, private equity, venture capital, and/or operations/strategy/strategic finance within a startup environment.

• Proficiency in Excel, along with familiarity in data visualization and AI tools.

• Capability to develop and present complex issues in an engaging and easily understandable format (e.g., presentations, dashboards, etc.).

• Strong understanding of financial statements with experience in building financial models from the ground up.

• At least a basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Possess humility, resourcefulness, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

• Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• A passion for developing and enhancing operational processes.

• Experience in the SaaS or digital healthcare industry is a plus.

• Background in pricing and packaging is advantageous.
