Strategic CX Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Develop and foster a community of C-level and principal leaders dedicated to customer experience (CX) within the professional services sector.

• Arrange meetings with C-level and principal contacts at designated target accounts provided by ClearlyRated.

• Represent ClearlyRated as a speaker or panelist at selected industry conferences.

• Lead and facilitate roundtable discussions among peer principals and C-level executives.

• Serve as a trusted, independent advocate linking firm leadership to the CX discourse in their respective industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a C-level executive or principal at a professional services firm in fields such as architecture, engineering, construction, or accounting.

• Strong, active connections with industry peers and professional associations.

• Proven experience speaking at industry conferences or events.

• Authentic passion for enhancing client experience as a key differentiator in practice, beyond just a sales topic.

• Ability to work independently with minimal daily oversight.

• Opportunity for a full-time position after a few quarters, if both parties are interested — no immediate obligation to make a decision.
