This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Propel the adoption and revenue expansion of digital health and remote patient monitoring solutions by identifying and developing opportunities with hospitals and healthcare providers.
• Assist in evaluation projects and pilot initiatives, collaborating closely with customers to effectively transition pilots into scalable commercial applications.
• Guarantee successful implementation, onboarding, and sustained adoption of digital health solutions at client locations by offering insights on deployment and operational best practices.
• Create and implement strategic growth plans for customers that align with clinical, operational, and organizational goals, while monitoring program performance through established KPIs and regular customer assessments.
• Work in close partnership with clinicians and hospital teams to integrate digital solutions into established clinical workflows and patient care pathways, including pre-operative assessment, peri-operative monitoring, and post-discharge follow-up.
• Convert clinical and operational requirements into value-driven business cases and scalable solutions that showcase measurable clinical and economic benefits.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with hospital leadership, clinicians, IT personnel, procurement stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams, while leading customer workshops, training sessions, and implementation activities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, medical technology, or digital health, with substantial exposure to hospital systems and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare settings.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing intricate customer or implementation projects.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, with a good command of French and a willingness to travel up to 50%.
• A clinical background (e.g., nursing or allied health) is considered a plus.
