This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and oversee CENTEGIX's partnerships with cooperative purchasing organizations, GPOs, and state contract vehicles, acting as the main point of contact for all contract-related matters.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to create, sustain, and enhance product, pricing, and contract information across cooperative purchasing and GPO agreements.
• Work alongside Sales leadership to discover, assess, and secure new cooperative purchasing, GPO, and state contract opportunities that broaden market access and speed up customer acquisition.
• Formulate strategies to optimize the use of existing cooperative contracts and boost awareness of CENTEGIX solutions among cooperative members and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to all contract terms, reporting obligations, administrative fees, rebate programs, and participation requirements linked to cooperative purchasing and GPO agreements.
• Oversee ongoing reporting and performance metrics for cooperative purchasing organizations, GPOs, and state contract vehicles in collaboration with Accounting and Sales Operations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for inquiries related to contracts, rebates, participation, and compliance from cooperative and GPO partners.
• Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile contract activity, administrative fees, rebates, and any inconsistencies related to cooperative purchasing agreements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at organizations such as Sourcewell, OMNIA Partners, TIPS, BuyBoard, PEPPM, NASPO ValuePoint, and other strategic purchasing entities.
• Represent CENTEGIX at industry conferences, cooperative purchasing events, and partner meetings to enhance relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Over 4 years of experience in managing Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), Cooperative Purchasing, Channel, Contract Vehicle, or Strategic Partner relationships from the supplier/vendor perspective.
• Proven experience in supporting sales teams by utilizing cooperative purchasing contracts to speed up customer acquisition and shorten procurement cycles.
• Experience in owning and managing supplier agreements with organizations like Sourcewell, OMNIA Partners, TIPS, BuyBoard, PEPPM, NASPO ValuePoint, or similar purchasing cooperatives is highly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of cooperative purchasing organizations, GPOs, and state contract vehicles from the supplier/vendor viewpoint, including experience in leveraging these relationships to enhance revenue growth and expand market access.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of E-Procurement tools.
• Excellent organizational and process development capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to establish and nurture trusting relationships with our partner organizations.
