This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create comprehensive messaging frameworks for healthcare products, solutions, and market segments.
• Convert market and customer insights into engaging narratives for customers.
• Assist in product launches and strategic initiatives by providing positioning and messaging support.
• Take ownership of the enterprise-wide editorial calendar and manage its execution.
• Formulate and implement thought leadership strategies for senior executives.
• Supervise customer stories, case studies, blogs, webinars, and messaging for campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Utilize AI and advanced tools to enhance and streamline content development processes.
• Guide agency partners on content priorities, quality requirements, and deliverables.
• Assess which content and communication tasks should be kept in-house versus outsourced.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Corporate Strategy teams on integrated healthcare marketing campaigns.
• Organize analyst briefing materials and handle follow-up communications.
• Create content for analyst evaluations, industry awards, and external recognition opportunities.
• Prepare executive presentations and secure speaking engagements at industry events.
• Monitor the effectiveness of content and messaging through performance metrics.
• Track engagement, influence, and conversion rates to assess impact.
• Suggest investments and strategies for SEO, Answer Engine Optimization, and digital content enhancement.
• Over 5 years of experience in content strategy, corporate communications, or similar roles, ideally in healthcare or life sciences.
• Capability to work strategically, translating intricate healthcare products and market data into clear, compliant messaging frameworks.
• Strong editorial and project management abilities, with experience in managing enterprise editorial calendars.
• Proven experience in managing agency relationships and collaborating across product, marketing, and corporate teams.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and emerging content technologies, including AI tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong storytelling skills tailored for healthcare audiences.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.
