This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Establishes and nurtures robust relationships with clients by identifying and analyzing their needs, offering and recommending solutions, and steering the process with internal key stakeholders to fulfill clients’ goals and objectives.

• Manages intricate client projects and utilizes Engage fi and industry best practices to implement client strategies and execute project tactics that minimize risk and ensure success.

• Collaborates with the project team and other Engage fi members to create, customize, and maintain essential project documents, including RFPs and project timelines.

• Oversees the scope, schedule, and budget of projects, ensuring that tasks are completed in accordance with the plan or statement of work (SOW).

• Leads project workshops, vendor sessions, and other vital project events and communications, chairs project meetings, and provides subject matter expert (SME) guidance to guarantee timely completion of project tasks while tracking, addressing, and escalating risks, gaps, and issues as necessary.

• Develops and maintains relationships with key strategic vendors, analyzes financial industry market trends, participates in solution demonstrations, and stays updated on vendor changes.

• Reviews client invoices and existing contracts to extract pertinent business terms, dates, and pricing.

• Collaborates with the client, the client’s legal representative, vendors, and Engage fi team members to negotiate favorable pricing and contract terms.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in the credit union, banking, payments, or related vendor industries, with a preference for prior leadership roles.

• Proficiency in project oversight/management and familiarity with core banking conversions.

• Extensive knowledge of core banking, credit/debit card processing, online banking insurance, bank operations, and/or lending origination vendors, solutions, tools, and processes.

• Proven experience in successfully completing vendor selection and/or conversion technology projects involving both product and custom solutions.

• Strong understanding of vendor technology contracts, general contract business terms, and vendor proposal pricing analysis and comparisons.

• Demonstrated capability to manage external third-party vendors and clients/customers.

• Skilled in facilitating creative problem-solving sessions with leadership teams across various lines of business disciplines.

• Ability to effectively present complex solutions to senior leadership teams.

• Experience in contract negotiations and vendor management with digital domain vendors.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software, and CRM platforms.
