This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Offer guidance, expertise, and assistance to Engage fi clients as a strategic partner and subject matter authority.
• Assist with conversion, implementation, and merger initiatives pertaining to core banking, online/mobile/digital banking, online account origination, and associated solutions, vendors, and systems.
• Cultivate and sustain client relationships by assessing needs, suggesting solutions, and steering processes with internal stakeholders.
• Manage intricate client projects and implement industry best practices to execute strategies while mitigating risks.
• Create, tailor, and maintain project documents such as RFPs and project timelines.
• Ensure project scope, schedule, and budget align with the plan or statement of work.
• Facilitate project workshops, vendor sessions, project meetings, and other essential project events and communications.
• Provide subject matter expertise and monitor, address, and escalate project risks, gaps, and issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic vendors.
• Analyze financial industry market trends, engage in solution demonstrations, and keep track of vendor updates, competitors, system enhancements, and functionalities.
• Advocate for client and Engage fi interests during vendor interactions.
• Assist in reviewing, improving, implementing, and enhancing project documents and tools.
• Incorporate technology into processes to boost efficiency and add value.
• Monitor and document project billing hours and budgets.
• Mentor and train members of the Engage fi team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience within the credit union, banking, payments, or related vendor sectors.
• Preference for prior leadership roles, proficiency in project oversight/management, and familiarity with core banking conversions.
• In-depth industry knowledge pertaining to core banking and related vendors, solutions, tools, and processes.
• Proven experience in successfully completing vendor selection technology projects involving both product-based and custom solutions.
• Strong understanding of vendor technology contracts, general business terms in contracts, and vendor proposal pricing analysis and comparisons.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage external third-party vendors, clients/customers, including their employees, consultants, and designated subcontractors.
• Ability to facilitate innovative problem-solving sessions with leadership teams across various business disciplines.
• Skill in presenting complex solutions to senior leadership teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to deliver presentations and training, as well as facilitate discussions with clients, vendors, and third parties.
• Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively organize and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a highly interactive environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds.
