Senior AMS Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of managing incidents, service requests, and change requests independently within the SAP SuccessFactors Application Management Service (2nd/3rd-level support)

• Assess, prioritize, and provide sustainable solutions to intricate functional and technical challenges while adhering to agreed SLAs

• Offer expert guidance to clients regarding configurations, process modifications, and enhancements within the applicable SuccessFactors module

• Perform root-cause analyses and establish preventive measures to maintain quality standards

• Collaborate with SAP, internal delivery teams, and other stakeholders on inter-module topics

• Assist in release and patch management, along with regular system updates

• Develop and uphold documentation, knowledge base articles, and operating manuals

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of several years—typically 5+ years—of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors support or implementation, preferably with extensive experience in an AMS environment

• Strong proficiency in at least one SuccessFactors module, such as Employee Central, ECP, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning

• Familiarity with ticketing systems and structured AMS processes; knowledge of ITIL is a plus

• A robust analytical and solution-oriented mindset, particularly when addressing complex cross-module issues

• A customer-focused and service-oriented attitude, accompanied by a structured and independent work style

• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English

• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in the pertinent module are advantageous

• Openness to occasional travel for client or team meetings
