Strategic Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with our largest and fastest-growing clients to enhance workflows, system configurations, and recruitment strategies.

• Develop documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting practices and engagements.

• Plan and manage the professional services lifecycle for multiple projects concurrently.

• Provide advice, education, and facilitate changes for clients based on informed recommendations.

• Participate in change management and promote advocacy.

• Perform account and workflow audits, delivering comprehensive recommendations.

• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve.

• Manage extensive and intricate paid strategic enablement engagements through professional services.

• Expedite Greenhouse-led implementations and perform system audits, strategic advising, reconfigurations, and change management initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of Greenhouse.

• Experience in project management.

• Over 3 years of experience providing advice on talent-related functions.

• Proven experience in developing internal programs and enhancing processes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Capacity to adjust in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools on a daily basis.

• Evidence of eligibility to work in Ireland is required.
