This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Provide strategic consulting expertise to support strategic TA / HR project initiatives and collaborations with SI partners.
• Adhere to delivery methodologies suited to the project and the consultant’s role while promoting industry best practices.
• Ensure high-quality execution and completion rates across all client engagements.
• Develop and/or implement effective change management strategies, which include communications, testing, and training programs.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior and personal integrity.
• Maintain positive and proactive communication with peers and colleagues, fostering effective relationships within and across the business.
• Offer functional process and design support to understand the current and desired future states of people, processes, and technology to provide strategic recommendations, successful project outcomes, and/or system implementations.
• Collect feedback to accurately assess business requirements, pain points, and gaps that facilitate best practice recommendations.
• Stay adaptable, effective, and continuously seek to enhance consulting skills.
• Contribute to and nurture a positive team environment.
• Provide and accept feedback while seeking opportunities to assist others.
• Contribute to broader business objectives by attending, participating in, and collaborating on all relevant company meetings and initiatives to foster ongoing development and understanding of the market landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess client-facing experience supporting the full life cycle of project/program execution following established technology implementation methodologies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing talent acquisition implementations with increasing responsibilities.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in implementing, optimizing, and supporting end-to-end TA / HR functions and systems, which include prospect engagement, sourcing, recruiting, and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to support the successful implementation of technology solutions.
• Experience in the development and implementation of change management, communications, testing, and training materials.
• Experience with SmartRecruiters is required, while familiarity with other systems such as Paradox, Workday, SAP, or Oracle is desirable.
• In-depth understanding of best practices related to organizational design, resource productivity, metrics and reporting, technology, recruitment programs and policies, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and other related software.
