Strategic Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Taking the lead in the setup process for new customer systems to guarantee an exceptional experience while implementing our products.

• Collaborating closely with our Senior Consultants on enterprise-level implementations.

• Working in conjunction with other team members from Project Management, Professional Services, and Technical Services on project deliverables.

• Designing and implementing user acceptance testing throughout the implementation process.

• Offering guidance on the use and adoption of the Bullhorn suite, while training client users on self-service onboarding configurations.

• Regularly updating the project team on the status of ongoing projects, capacity, escalations, and other initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A demonstrated history of 1 to 2 years in managing SaaS client implementations.

• Proven success in a fast-paced work environment.

• A sense of ownership over your tasks and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), with the ability to clarify technical topics to both technical and non-technical individuals.

• Prior consulting experience is a plus.

• Experience in the staffing industry, particularly focusing on recruiting solutions, is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with the Bullhorn suite of products is a bonus.

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
