This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Develop narratives for proposals, pursuits, RFP responses, executive presentations, and client interactions.

• Convert intricate information into clear, organized, and persuasive stories.

• Design presentations, visual frameworks, diagrams, and communication materials that enhance understanding and facilitate decision-making.

• Collaborate with consultants, strategists, designers, and business leaders to enhance client-facing communication.

• Assist teams in articulating ideas with improved clarity, confidence, and impact.

• Craft executive narratives that link business challenges, opportunities, and recommendations.

• Create reusable storytelling frameworks, templates, and communication standards.

• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance the efficiency and quality of communication design.

• Strong capability to organize complex information and develop clear narratives.

• Experience in creating executive presentations, proposals, pursuits, thought leadership, or strategic communications.

• Excellent skills in visual communication and information design.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly grasp unfamiliar topics.

• Comfort in working directly with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.

• Experience in conveying complex business, technology, product, or transformation concepts.

• Extensive use of AI to expedite research, synthesis, content creation, and communication workflows.

• A portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and communication skills.
