This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Identify, engage, and secure new enterprise accounts within the hospitality sector.
• Establish a robust pipeline from the ground up through outbound initiatives, strategic account mapping, and multi-threaded engagement.
• Oversee lengthy and intricate sales cycles involving executives at the VP and C-level.
• Facilitate upsell and growth opportunities with major hotel groups, management companies, and enterprise chains.
• Create strategic account plans and customized engagement strategies.
• Collaborate across various internal teams to deliver solutions and finalize deals.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline oversight and precise forecasting within CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Present compelling presentations and convey value at the executive level.
• Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven history of acquiring new business.
• Strong background in prospecting, sourcing, and closing new enterprise accounts.
• Capability to build a pipeline from scratch utilizing outbound strategies and multi-threaded engagement.
• Solid knowledge of hotel distribution, including channel management, PMS/CRS connectivity, rate management, and e-commerce.
• Experience in supporting upsell and expansion efforts within large organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, extended sales cycles and engage with VP- and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong skills in pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• High ownership mindset with the ability to effectively prioritize while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills at the executive level.
• Direct experience in hospitality, travel technology, or hotel distribution (e.g., OTAs, PMS, channel managers, revenue management systems) - Mandatory.
• Background in value-based or consultative selling methodologies (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with global teams across different time zones (preferred).
• Understanding of integration ecosystems (PMS, CRS, RMS, booking engines, payments) - Mandatory.
• An existing network within hospitality partners is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Spanish language skills (a plus).
• Remote position based in Arizona state.
