• Take charge of pipeline development for the four primary k1xChange personas: General Partners and fund managers (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate), Limited Partners and institutional investors, tax and accounting firms, as well as fund administrators and custodians.
• Foster and sustain executive relationships throughout the alternatives ecosystem, becoming a trusted advisor rather than merely a vendor to key decision-makers (CFOs, COOs, Heads of Tax, Tax Partners, CTOs, Heads of Operations).
• Establish a new industry consortium in collaboration with the President: identify and recruit founding members, assist in shaping the charter, and promote ongoing participation.
• Convert strategic value into economic narratives customized for each persona by quantifying working-capital unlock, cycle-time reduction, audit preparedness, and risk mitigation.
• Execute discovery and demand-generation campaigns that uncover adoption challenges and inform product, partnership, and marketing strategies.
• Represent K1x at industry conferences, working groups, and roundtables; leverage presence to generate qualified pipeline and consortium involvement.
• Maintain rigorous account plans, forecasts, and CRM accuracy to ensure that complex multi-stakeholder deals are clear to leadership and replicable across the team.
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and build credibility with senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing complex, long-cycle opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to navigate uncertainty and identify growth prospects.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on follow-through, attention to detail, and pipeline management skills.
• Proven capability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Strong learning agility, coachability, and a curious mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and consortium-related activities.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in alternative investments, private equity, venture capital, real estate funds, fund administration, tax technology, accounting technology, or financial services.
• Familiarity with partnership tax, K-1 workflows, fund operations, or tax compliance processes.
• Experience working in startup or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Existing relationships with institutional investors, accounting firms, fund managers, or fund administrators.
• Knowledge of industry consortiums, standards organizations, or working groups.
