This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Establish and sustain a robust pipeline through both inbound and outbound initiatives.
• Interact with marketing-generated leads and inbound inquiries while also initiating proactive outreach.
• Utilize the MEDDPICC framework to efficiently qualify opportunities and navigate intricate sales cycles.
• Oversee pipeline activities and ensure precise sales forecasts are maintained.
• Manage the complete sales process, including proposals, pricing, and closing deals.
• Represent Everway at virtual events and industry engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to align with customer requirements.
• Contribute to team planning, strategy sessions, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive positioning.
• Maintain accurate and current CRM records to document all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Develop and manage long-term customer relationships while closing deals across extended sales cycles.
• Provide regular updates regarding pipeline health, growth trends, and significant achievements.
• A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business and consistently achieving targets.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience managing complete sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) and productivity software like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
