This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategic commercial expansion of PCI DSS certification and associated cybersecurity services within Business Assurance in the US and Canada.
• Spearhead the growth of our client portfolio and existing services through strategic collaborations and heightened sector awareness.
• Ensure the identification and development of innovative solutions or offerings that deliver market value.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategic plan to establish a strong revenue pipeline for PCI DSS.
• Serve as a thought leader, raising awareness of emerging trends and sector directions.
• Participate in regional regulatory forums and community engagements.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and customer engagements.
• Define and implement the roadmap to translate strategy into actionable steps with key milestones, timelines, and responsible parties to drive business growth.
• Enhance visibility and credibility for our PCI DSS and Digital Trust capabilities within the region.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, PCI DSS, digital trust, and/or certification services.
• Proven commercial track record in business development and revenue generation.
• In-depth knowledge of the PCI DSS framework and certification lifecycle.
• Strong industry network within the PCI DSS ecosystem in North America.
• Experience working with international delivery models, including offshore structures.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
• Demonstrated commercial leadership experience.
• Extensive PCI DSS expertise, with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Proven experience in building partnerships and driving demand generation.
• Ability to effectively navigate a complex, matrixed international organization, influencing without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
