Strategic Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform targeted and comprehensive business assessments along with the development of implementation strategies and plans aimed at improving client operations and efficiency.

• Spearhead business consulting initiatives to create strategic plans and decision-making processes that are directly linked to achieving overall organizational and functional goals.

• Direct organizational development and management services for clients seeking to attain organizational excellence.

• Oversee the creation and execution of stakeholder engagement and communication plans, including the development of communication materials.

• Facilitate both in-person and virtual workshops for stakeholders across a wide range of projects, programs, or engagement needs to gather feedback, promote alignment, and achieve targeted engagement results.

• Supervise local initiatives that support Client Service Managers and core Client Service Teams in defining client organizational objectives and drafting business plans in line with these objectives.

• Lead, nurture, and coach a high-performing team by establishing clear expectations, offering feedback, and cultivating a culture of engagement, growth, and accountability.

• Manage local workload planning, performance evaluation, and team operations to ensure resource alignment with business goals while adhering to company policies and regulations.

• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt and undertake various additional tasks based on changing needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Demonstrated experience in leading a team of individual contributors.

• Skilled in analyzing organizational and business requirements, as well as organizational development and change management.

• Typically certified in the SMS Framework, with ongoing progression through SMS competencies.

• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, communications, or a related field.
