This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders in marketing, operations, digital transformation, and executive roles.
• Facilitate strategic discussions that link Jasper's capabilities with customer business objectives.
• Assist customers in crafting and refining their enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead executive discussions centered on outcomes, value realization, adoption trends, and future prospects.
• Define success metrics that are measurable and create multi-quarter success plans.
• Identify, prioritize, and expand high-impact AI use cases across various business units.
• Monitor progress toward outcomes and proactively eliminate obstacles.
• Promote enterprise adoption by identifying new teams, workflows, and business processes suitable for Jasper.
• Collaborate with customer champions to foster internal momentum and guide organizational change.
• Suggest governance, enablement, and operational models for sustainable AI integration.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, and Customer Education teams.
• Advocate for customer needs and shape product roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to highlight strategic growth opportunities while commercial teams manage pricing, renewals, and contracts.
• Handle complex executive-level escalations with effective resolution.
• Share customer success stories and best practices, identifying opportunities for advocacy.
• Bring insights from enterprise customers back to Jasper to enhance products and customer programs.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, Digital Transformation, Management Consulting, or a similar customer-facing strategic position.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise accounts with executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence VP- and C-level leaders.
• Proven track record of driving organizational change or transformation initiatives.
• Strong business acumen that connects technology investments to quantifiable outcomes.
• Executive presence coupled with facilitation skills.
• Capability to influence without direct authority.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity on 12–18 month outcome cycles.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, AI transformation, or other emerging technologies.
• Background in marketing technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
• Consulting experience at firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom, EY, Bain, or McKinsey is advantageous.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Role requires a minimum of two years of valid U.S. work authorization.
