AI Workflow Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits of manual workflows in accounting, purchasing, operations, customer service, marketing, catalog management, and reporting.

• Identify, prioritize, create, and implement AI-driven automations.

• Automate accounting processes, starting with credit card reconciliation.

• Aggregate data from 7–8 sources into a comprehensive reporting layer.

• Automate the reconciliation of invoices between order management software and QuickBooks.

• Oversee and enhance an AI-powered customer support ticketing system.

• Expand the knowledge base of the support agent and improve the success rate of its auto-responses.

• Organize and maintain a product catalog that includes tens of thousands of SKUs.

• Develop tools or AI agents for product listing generation and catalog upkeep.

• Integrate sales history and inventory data to enhance purchasing and reorder strategies.

• Create reports on product sales velocity and timing for inventory reordering.

• Assist non-technical team members with AI-driven solutions and enablement.

• Utilize AI coding assistants like Claude Code to develop and deploy internal tools.

• Collaborate directly with department leaders to define and prioritize automation projects.

• Identify workflows, data sources, and prompts for each automation solution.

• Manage projects from inception to completion, encompassing audit, development, rollout, and adoption.

• Work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Meet with every department within the first 30 days to present a prioritized automation roadmap to the founder.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing AI automations within a business context that is actively utilized by team members.

• Ability to identify business challenges and convert them into actionable automation solutions.

• Experience managing automation projects from initial audit through to build and deployment independently.

• Proficient in consolidating and reconciling data from various disconnected systems or sources.

• Strong business-oriented mindset for recognizing and prioritizing AI automation opportunities.

• Capacity to resolve ambiguous business problems and independently define suitable workflows, data sources, and prompts.

• Hands-on expertise with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or similar tools.

• Competence in building and deploying effective AI automations.

• Ability to work with and reconcile data across disparate systems and sources.

• Capability to independently manage automation projects from audit through implementation and acceptance.

• Proficiency in navigating unfamiliar and custom-built systems effectively.

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST / aligned with U.S. business hours based on the client’s time zone.

• An English-language resume is required; proficiency in English will be assessed during the application process.
