Enterprise AI Administrator – GenAI, Copilot, SaaS Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Oversee the configuration, licensing, capacity, and feature activation of the AI platform, which includes agent deployment policies.

• Assist with the onboarding process for AI developers and business users.

• Manage the registration, ownership, and lifecycle of agents, encompassing discovery and ownership verification.

• Ensure effective lifecycle management and deployment processes for AI agents.

• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, HR, and Cybersecurity teams to uphold AI governance policies.

• Work alongside security teams to mitigate risks such as prompt injection and data leakage while adhering to compliance standards.

• Implement least-privilege access protocols for agents and AI services.

• Monitor the health, performance, and availability of the platform.

• Maintain comprehensive runbooks and support documentation.

• Track AI usage, licensing, and expenses; assist with cost attribution and demand forecasting.

• Establish standards for managing the AI application lifecycle, including source control, deployment automation, and release procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in managing enterprise technology platforms.

• Knowledge of AI/LLM platforms, automation tools, and associated security and compliance practices.

• Proven experience in configuring or administering at least one enterprise AI platform, such as Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or Anthropic.

• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages like PowerShell, Python, C#, or Java.

• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
