This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and implement the commercial strategy to rapidly increase revenue within Pano's current enterprise account portfolio.
• Maintain a precise and continuous revenue forecast for the strategic account portfolio.
• Conduct a regular and disciplined review of the sales pipeline.
• Evaluate and mentor on complex, multi-year expansion opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and enhance the performance of a team of account professionals.
• Assist your team in crucial C-level discussions and high-stakes negotiations.
• Collaborate with the New Business team to ensure a smooth transition for newly acquired accounts.
• Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Deal Desk teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing sales or account teams within a rapidly growing B2B setting.
• Several years of experience in directly leading and developing enterprise account teams.
• Extensive knowledge of navigating the procurement, regulatory, or operational frameworks of utilities, energy companies, data centers, or the insurance industry.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 50% of the time.
