This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Meet revenue objectives and quotas as specified in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
β’ Utilize a TEAM selling strategy to facilitate the development of tailored customer solutions.
β’ Emphasize the management of complex corporate accounts and enhance share of wallet.
β’ Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the business to stay informed about products, customers, and competitors.
β’ Provide timely forecasts and various ad-hoc reports while ensuring accurate data management in SalesForce.com for accounts, contacts, and opportunity pipelines.
β’ Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
β’ A degree with a focus on Life Sciences is preferred.
β’ Prior experience in a laboratory or technical environment.
β’ Proven experience in account or territory management within the life sciences or specialized fields with a track record of meeting set targets.
β’ At least 1 year of relevant experience and/or training.
β’ Proficient in writing reports and correspondence.
β’ Strong verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers and employees at all organizational levels.
β’ Capacity for active listening and comprehending presented information and different perspectives.
β’ Ability to influence internal teams to support both customer and revenue objectives.
β’ Competence in setting strategic direction through territory and account planning.
β’ Must approach business matters with a sense of urgency.
β’ Skill in applying sales process methodologies, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting solutions, objection handling, negotiating, and closing to enhance territory performance and provide customer solutions.
β’ Ability to demonstrate market understanding, customer insights, and competitive analysis through business analytics.
β’ Capability to develop solutions and offer recommendations to achieve or surpass territory goals.
