This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
β’ Oversee contracting initiatives with hospitals, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) to establish agreements for the company's offerings.
β’ Recognize and pursue critical opportunities to enhance market access and promote hospital integration of the company's technology.
β’ Keep track of the competitive landscape and changing reimbursement trends.
β’ Formulate and implement account strategies that align with the companyβs revenue and growth goals.
β’ Work in partnership with the field sales team.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales, national accounts, or market access, with a strong emphasis on spine or orthopedic technologies.
β’ Proven track record in selling innovative or disruptive medical technologies and navigating hospital approval processes.
β’ Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage a large territory and readiness to travel up to 60% of the time.
