This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, taking full ownership of revenue retention and growth.
• Develop and implement multi-year account strategies that align with customer goals and company growth objectives.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive meetings to ensure alignment on client business outcomes and value delivery.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer operations and pinpoint AI-driven opportunities to optimize and transform their business processes.
• Advise enterprise clients on AI initiatives and relevant business use cases for integrating AI agents to achieve their organizational objectives.
• Promote expansion, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities within existing accounts, engaging various departments and stakeholders.
• Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for your clients.
• Identify, develop, and finalize growth opportunities across different business units.
• Promote cross-sell and upsell strategies with a strong focus on return on investment (ROI).
• Lead intricate negotiations and manage deal execution effectively.
• Cultivate internal advocates and develop multi-threaded relationships.
• Oversee the entire renewal process, including forecasting and closing activities.
• Detect potential churn risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Clearly communicate business value to secure contract renewals.
• Lead organized onboarding processes with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid time-to-value.
• Track adoption rates and proactively resolve gaps before they escalate into risks.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, R&D, and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Convert customer feedback into actionable insights for product development.
• Advocate for the customer internally to foster a customer-centric culture.
• Assist in creating repeatable playbooks for onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and renewal processes.
• 5-8+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within the enterprise SaaS sector.
• Demonstrated success as a quota carrier with clear ownership of retention and expansion metrics.
• Proven experience in managing complex enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities with the ability to operate independently and drive commercial outcomes from start to finish.
• Executive presence paired with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in early-stage environments.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and their applications in enterprise settings.
