• Oversee the commercial management of current Third Party Reseller and Direct Employer clients to foster and enhance both new and organic growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Achieve or surpass the annual financial targets for revenue and margin growth while positioning key performance indicators.
• Optimize the value of Workplace Solutions products and services among customers using a consultative sales approach.
• Propel strategic initiatives for each designated strategic account.
• Work collaboratively with the account team, which includes various stakeholders in a matrix setting.
• Cultivate relationships with senior executives at key accounts.
• Facilitate customer business reviews, shaping the agenda and content in collaboration with the client success team to fulfill crucial business and customer objectives, while also ensuring senior leaders' engagement within the customer base.
• Manage account renewals, proposals, and the delivery of value-based pricing for the customer base.
• Employ Salesforce.com and additional data tools to oversee the sales funnel, develop opportunities, and address at-risk business scenarios.
• Engage in significant business initiatives and participate in identified sales training opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management focused on selling to senior executives and decision-makers.
• Proficient in negotiating large, intricate contracts.
• Demonstrated success in managing substantial clients.
• Capability to lead in a matrix management environment.
• High degree of business and financial insight.
• Willingness to travel over 50%, including overnight trips.
