This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the commercial management of established Third Party Reseller and Direct Employer clients, aimed at fostering and expanding new and organic growth opportunities within the existing customer base.

• Achieve or surpass the annual financial targets for revenue and margin growth, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Enhance the value of Workplace Solutions offerings through a consultative selling strategy within the customer base.

• Propel strategic initiatives for each designated strategic account.

• Work collaboratively with the account team comprising various stakeholders in a matrix environment.

• Cultivate relationships with senior executives at key accounts.

• Facilitate customer business reviews, shaping the agenda and content in collaboration with the client success team to meet essential business and customer objectives while securing senior leadership engagement within the customer base.

• Oversee account renewals, proposals, and value-based pricing strategies for the customer base.

• Leverage Salesforce.com and other data management tools to oversee the sales funnel, opportunity creation, and business at risk.

• Engage in significant business initiatives and partake in sales training opportunities as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 7-10 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management, specifically targeting senior-level executives and decision-makers.

• Proficient in negotiating large, complex contracts.

• A proven track record of success in managing substantial clients.

• Capability to lead effectively within a matrix management structure.

• High level of business acumen and financial insight.

• Willingness to travel at least 50%, including overnight trips.

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage daily operations.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
