This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts, responsible for revenue retention, growth, and supply health.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of each partner’s monetization objectives, traffic composition, audience behavior, and optimization strategies.
• Oversee inventory performance and apply continuous optimization efforts to enhance eCPM, fill rate, EPC, conversion rate, and user quality.
• Discover and implement expansion opportunities including additional placements, new formats, geographic expansion, product adoption, and technical integrations.
• Monitor pacing and performance trends across your accounts to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Act as the primary liaison for publisher stakeholders.
• Conduct regular performance syncs and strategic planning meetings.
• Convert complex performance data into straightforward, actionable recommendations.
• Proactively address risks such as declining engagement, policy challenges, fraud indicators, or changing partner priorities.
• Represent publisher needs internally while aligning with AdGem's business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Finance teams to facilitate partner success.
• Manage post-onboarding and post-integration support for new publisher launches.
• Provide structured feedback from partners to guide future product and platform enhancements.
• Work with Finance on aligning commercial terms, addressing billing inquiries, and crafting growth-ready contract structures.
• Develop a strong understanding of rewarded advertising, offerwalls, loyalty monetization, and mobile app growth.
• 1–4+ years of experience in account management, preferably in adtech, mobile monetization, publisher management, or performance marketing.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding relationships with measurable revenue retention and growth.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, EPC, eCPM, CTR, conversion rate, LTV, retention, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of transforming data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data and reporting tools is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable addressing both operational staff and senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel for important partnership meetings and industry events.
• Reside in the Denver, Chicago, or Austin regions.
