• Accountable for representing the SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, and Latisse brands while promoting the product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within an assigned geographical region.
• Emphasizes direct sales of products and executes pull-through programs/events directed at patients.
• Collaborates with Facial Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, Coolsculpting, APCs, Marketing, and various Allergan sales teams.
• Consistently meets sales targets for skin care, consumables, and equipment.
• Develops and nurtures loyal customer relationships.
• Manages the execution of initiatives across the portfolio, balancing device sales to enhance skin care and consumable business.
• Exhibits the ability to analyze territory metrics to create and implement territory business plans.
• Supplies product samples as needed.
• Informs customers about device and product features and benefits through individual and group presentations/trainings.
• A Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience is required, with a preference for business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) sales experience.
• A background in aesthetics sales or related experience with a skin care company is highly desirable.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Strong analytical skills.
